Throughout the lifecycle of a project there are a variety of challenges and issues that can arise. How you monitor and respond to these challenges, can greatly influence the overall success of your project.
In this course you will learn the crucial final stages of project management, including how you deal with changes, monitor the progress of your project, generate stakeholder reports, and successfully review, close off and handover your project.
Project Management: Completion can be taken as a standalone course, or as part of the Project Management Short Course Series. Completion of all four courses in this series offers globally recognised certification from the Institute of Project Management. What you will learn
This course is fully online and self-paced, allowing you to study when it’s convenient for you. Learning content will include interactive activities and short non-assessed quizzes to help guide your knowledge and receive your Certificate of Attendance. There are no formal assignments required for this course. Your access to the learning material will also remain open for one year after registration.
