About this course

This practical 1-day workshop will introduce you to the fascinating study of toxic leaders in the workplace. By studying the link between bullies and corporate psychopaths, you will examine why and how toxic leaders climb their way into power. You will have the opportunity to examine the similarities and differences between various anti-social personalities and learn practical skills to be able to respond to these behaviours.

Professor Clive Boddy

Professor Clive Boddy is Professor of Management in the College of Business and Economics at the University of Tasmania. Clive has been researching corporate psychopaths since 2005 and has published two books, Corporate Psychopaths: Organisational Destroyers and A Climate of Fear: Stone-Cold Psychopaths at Work, as well as one book chapter and over forty academic papers on this fascinating topic. Clive’s online TEDx talk Corporate psychopaths and Bullying together with his appearances in the documentaries Power Psychopaths and The Psychopath Next Door in which he discusses corporate psychopaths and the global financial crisis, have been collectively viewed over two million times.
